With Christmas in sight I thought it might be a good time to share how I save money and even shop for free on Amazon.com. Amazon is my favorite retailer...yes, I love it even more than Target. I can find anything I need on Amazon and the prices are usually just as good, or better than local stores, and their customer service is second to none. They deliver my stuff to my door with free two day shipping. And returns are free. Win! So here are my favorite ways to save on Amazon.

Amazon Prime: First, I have Amazon Prime. Yes, it is absolutely worth the money for my family. It is $99 a year and here is what you get: Free two day shipping - most products will arrive in 2 days and if you don't need the item right away, you can choose no rush shipping and get a $1 credit to use toward digital content. The credits add up so you can purchase an entire album or app for free. Get started here. Amazon Prime Includes:

Prime Video: Not that you will use those credits often, because Amazon has a prime video service very similar to Netflix, but they have content that is different than Netflix. My family does not have cable TV so we use this service often to watch shows and movies that are not on Netflix or Hulu.

Prime Music: This is so great! An entire library of free music. You can create you own playlist, or play one of theirs. You can even download songs to your device, free!

Kindle Lending Library: I don't use this one often, but this is a great resource if you use your Kindle to read books. You can lend and borrow books from other Kindle owners.

Unlimited Photo Storage: I don't use this one, but if I ever reach my google drive limit, I will.

Shop for free with Dollar Deal Reviews: You receive free products in return for your product review. Each review earns more points for more items. Get started here.

Earn Amazon gift cards through Instant Gift Cards: Complete surveys and tasks to earn points to redeem for gift cards. A few minutes a day add up quickly. Get started here.

Finally, Subscribe and Save: Save up to 15% on household items like toilet paper, grocery items, cleaning products, toiletries, and hygeine products. If you add 5 items to your monthly order you get 15% off, less than five gets you a 5% discount. You can cancel the item at anytime and you can also skip a delivery at anytime. Shipping is free and they often have coupons for additional savings on products. Amazon mom members get 20% off diapers and baby products through this service.

So those are a few of my favorites. I would love to hear your tips and tricks!
